Full service lift truck company seeking a motivated, team player for a part time position as an office clerk/administrative assistant; with the possibility to become full time.
This position will involve working with the accounts payable/receivable department as well as providing assistance for administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience; be computer literate and proficient with Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast past environment; must have a good work ethic, be reliable & trustworthy. Previous accounting experience and familiarity with Sage Accounting would be a definite asset as would be a familiarity with social media marketing. Training will be provided.
Our company was established in 1986 and continues to expand; servicing southern and central Ontario. There is room for advancement within the company. Salary will be based on experience and qualifications; we offer a benefits package as well.
